Suspense

A form of suspension training, Suspense uses TRX straps to help you develop the strength, balance, flexibility and core stability that other exercises might miss.

Pilates

The Pilates Method focuses on strengthening, toning and improving flexibility for your body resulting in a functionally strong and balanced body. Our Pilates classes will leave you feeling strong and supple, with a toned slim waist and improved posture.

Les Mills RPM

RPM is a cycling workout that delivers maximum results with minimum impact on your joints. Tune into some great music and get your pedals spinning as your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. You control your own resistance levels and speed so you can build up your fitness level overtime.

Les Mills Bodypump

BODYPUMP is for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – FAST. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout burning up to 590 calories. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music. You leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.

Rig360

Rig360 is a face paced, high intensity workout that will challenge anyone’s fitness level. Using compound lifts and cardio driven techniques to help increase overall strength and cardiovascular capacity – shredding fat fast. *Advanced*

Box

This class teaches advanced boxing techniques which a focus on improving the technical movements and combinations required for boxing.

Yoga

Raw offers Yoga classes for all levels of students, whether you’re trying yoga for the first time or you’ve been practising for years. Our classes integrate breath with movement alleviating stress and leaving you feeling revitalised and relaxed.

The Raw 60 Experience. This class will run for 60 minutes with a mixture of fun, challenges, and teamwork. Fusing strength and HIIT to give you the perfect balance of a full body workout.

ZUU

A unique class created with a combination of animal movements, but don’t be fooled it’s not all monkey-ing around, this is an intense workout!

SwingIT

Using Kettlebells to work every major muscle in your body, this military style of training will test how fit you really are!

Prehab

This short 20min class is to help you become healthier and stronger by aiding quick and effective recovery. Its use of bands, foam rollers and strengthening exercises will leave you feeling stronger in no time. Get ready to hit the gym floor!

TripleA

Triple A is a combination of Arm, Abs and Ass work. We will strengthen and tone those all important areas using barbells, dumbbells and kettlebells

HIIT Cycle

Our own mixture of ‘spin’ and resistance training will allow you to push yourself like never before with this fat-burning circuit bringing you from the spin bike to the weighted exercise and back again for the final sprint to the finish line.

Flatline

Flatline you workout in 30 minutes. This class will test your strength and endurance. Complete the specifically designed workout with high intensity resistance training combined with weights to really get your heart pumping.

Barbell Club

Join the club. A high weight/ low rep class where you can push yourself. This class will focus on techniques while building your strength week on week.

Are you ready for 7 minutes of Barbell, 7 minutes of Dumbbell and 7 minute of Bodyweight exercises. Complete these 7 minute circuits followed by core rounds in between.This high intensity workout will test your fitness to the max.

Suspense/Kettlebells

This is a hardcore workout for beginner to advance. With a combination of suspension training using TRX mixed with Kettlebells. This class focuses on techniques that will help develop strength, balance and core stability.
