A form of suspension training, TRX helps to develop the strength, balance, flexibility and core stability that other exercises might miss.

& Stretch

Strength and Stretch is a brand new, functional fitness class combining flexibility, strength, balance and core. Great for injury prevention, joint mobility or anyone who wants to learn some basic gymnastic movements. How far can you bend?

Our unique spin class is the most intense cardiovascular training that incorporates both interval training and endurance work to maximise fitness level and help with weight loss. Are you ready for the ride of your life?

Dynamic
Flow

Learn how to guide your movement through a combination of breathing, yoga and pilates to improve your muscle tone and flexibility. Dynamic flow is suitable for all ages and pregnancy friendly.

HIIT
Cycle

Our own mixture of ‘spin’ and resistance training will allow you to push yourself like never before with this fat-burning circuit bringing you from the spin bike to the weighted exercise and back again for the final sprint to the finish line.

Kettlebells

Kettlebells are a great method of training to increase and develop power, strength and muscular endurance while also burning extra calories. Grab life by the bells!

This class teaches advanced boxing techniques which a focus on improving the technical movements and combinations required for boxing.

A high-intensity class, based on a mixture of all of our classes, designed to challenge you with everything from body-weight and conditioning circuits to a full EMOM (Every minute on the minute) or TABATA (20 secs on, 10 secs off) workout.

A 45 Minute fat blaster! This body-weight and barbell workout will certainly get you moving. If you’re looking for weight loss, muscle toning or just to improve your fitness, join in and see if you can keep up.

Yoga

Raw offers Yoga classes for all levels of students, whether you’re trying yoga for the first time or you’ve been practicing for years. The classes are physically challenging, so it’s important to work at your own pace and be patient. Our classes integrates breath with movement alleviating stress and leaving you feeling revitalised and relaxed.

The Raw 60 Experience. This class will run for 60 minutes with a mixture of fun, challenges, and teamwork. Fusing strength and HIIT to give you the perfect balance of a full body workout.

Secret
Session

Once a week in Sandyford the class is surprised with a secret session from hell. Don’t try and predict what it is. You won’t want to be right.
