Aogan has been involved in fitness and exercise for most of his life. More recently he qualified as a Personal Trainer through UCD Sport & Fitness. With over 7 years experience, he has helped people master the techniques of basic weight training and, over time, utilizing more advanced training techniques to help them build muscle, burn body fat and transform both how they look and their mindset approach to the gym. His passion and charisma allows him to create stimulating workout experiences that are motivating, challenging, yet safe and effective for all fitness levels.

Chrissy has been interested in fitness from a young age, she started with athletics then moved on to high level of Gaelic football where she found her love of coaching. She started to coach teams then realised she wanted to do this full time but help individual people. Chrissy got into weight training and found out the benefits on how much it can change your life not just physically but mentally.
Every day she is committed to show her clients that a healthy lifestyle is a balance between a well rounded diet and exercise. She understands every client is unique and so are their needs. Chrissy will design a well thought out program to help her clients reach their goals, whether that be weight loss, toning or overall fitness.

When I started in Raw, I was a member for two years who never strayed too far from the cardio machines and never tried a class. When I started training with a personal trainer who introduced me to weight training, I then decided to go back to study fitness. I had one clear mission, to be able to educate and empower women, help them gain confidence in who they were but also show them how strong they could be through weight training and exercise. Remember lifting weights does not make you big and bulky.
Exercise has always been a passion of mine, having competed in swimming competitions for years, I've been lucky to use exercise for both a physical and mental aspect. Believe me, once you start to exercise and push your body and mindset to a new level you will feel like a winner.
